Tasting notes
10/02/2013
Really good wine for the vintage. Leave time to let it breathe and it will give a lot of pleasure. It has concentration, refreshing apple acidity and a complex mouthfeel. Class and finesse with an expressive, stony finish (Ferran Centelles). Warm, woody, bonfire aromas. Lovely rich fruit on the front and mid-palates, and a tasty, barbecue finish. Superb (John Radford). Orange blossom, wood smoke and vanilla - very aromatic. Vivid, lively freshness; very youthful. Typical Albarino fruit profile, including white peaches and lime zest. Long, intense, creamy, fresh finish. Alc: 13%. Drink 2013-2017. 18.75pts/20 (95-plus pts/100)
