After many years as chief winemaker at the local co-operative, Rocco Pasetti started his own venture with 30 hectares around Pescara. Expressive raspberry sorbet and red cherry flavours meld together in a deliciously juicy mouthful. Dry and crisp and packed with summer fruits. One to enjoy al fresco on its own, or as a match for salads and prosciutto.
