Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010

Stylish raspberry nose, has poise and finesse. Rich, suave, very concentrated, this has fine depth of flavour, positive spicy oak, and fine acidity. Youthful and a bit raw now, this surely has very good potential. The balance seems excellent, there is structure without extraction, and the length is exemplary.

Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010

bright fine light purple;
clean young fruit, a bit one dimensional, later more complex;
bright fruit on attack, fresh and lively finish, fine, not very long.

Jasper Morris MW

Tasting: Vosne-Romanee 2010

Fine bright colour, with class and elegance. This has charm and a sense of definition, but as always with Suchots it is relatively discreet. The secret is in the persistent finish. This wine has the potential to grow from here, but dont expect a blockbuster.
