Château Prieuré-Lichine, Margaux, 4ème Cru Classé, 2009

Very good concentration and depth of fruit, with a hint of violets behind. A touch soft on the palate – very concentrated and chocolatey – yet neither too heavy nor too extracted. A big wine for Margaux, but has freshness and flair. Judges: Steven Brook, Alun Griffiths MW and Steven Spurrier
