Stephen Brook

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Ripe sleek blackcurrant nose, damsons, mint, and some toasty oak. Rich and forthright, with plenty of upfront fruit and good supporting tannins. Solid but not heavy, oaky but not to excess and with enough acidity to carry it through to a long finish. A bit gawky now, but should improve with time.

Yohann Jousselin MS

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Very complex nose with notes of cedar wood and coffee beans. The wine shows notes of ripe black fruits with great acidity.

David Motion

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Lovely herbal nose. Balanced. Compact, elegant. Good structure. Very good.
