Stephen Brook

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Sumptuous, oaky blackcurrant fruit, very stylish. Fresh, concentrated, zesty, with fine lifted blackcurrant fruit. Pure, spicy, and long, with poise and complexity on the finish, with no rough edges. Excellent balance and should age very well.

Yohann Jousselin MS

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine shows a lot of concentration of black fruit, the sweetness is a little bit too high however. Has great potential of ageing due to the acidity.

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Coffee bean, nutmeg. Very juicy. Deep fruit. Jammy. The quality of the fruit is not in doubt. Touch too much oak at the moment.
