Château Lespault-Martillac 2015



Slightly bitter lemon finish but still has Pessac-Léognan polish. Mid-weight, mid-acidity, good food wine from 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon, fermented then aged for 10 months in barrel with lees stirring. A good-value wine owned by the Bolleau family but made by Olivier Bernard of Domaine de Chevalier.
