Andrea Bricarello

Tasting: Barbera d’Alba

Vibrant juicy and rustic nose, this wines has a touch of reduction that fades away after few minutes. big and meaty. Concentrated dark spicy fruits with jammy notes on the back palate. full bodied with intense dark spices

Stephen Brook

Tasting: Barbera d’Alba

Opaque ruby-red. Very oaky nose, a bit raw, with spicy cherry fruit. Fine attack, sleek and elegant, with delicious black fruits and vibrant acidity. This has precision and impeccable balance, with no rough edges, and the oak is better integrated than on the nose. Good length.

Ian D'Agata

Tasting: Barbera d’Alba

Deep ruby. Floral inky and raspberry notes on the very perfumed, pretty nose. Then mounting tannic but with sweet plum and inky notes on the long finish that features a lovely violet touch. This is a very well made wine with plenty to offer.
