Known better for fizz, St-Péray’s still whites are seeing a revival. Marsanne and Roussanne from Jaboulet’s 2ha vineyard join bought-in grapes to give a wine rich with floral notes and yellow plums. Regular batonnage with nine months’ oak ageing adds volume and texture to the citrus freshness.
