Adega Valdes, Xiradella, Rias Baixas, Galicia, 2011

  • Grape Variety: Albariño
  • Drink: 2012 - 2015

Adega Valdés

Ferran Centelles

Tasting: Albariño

Very good and concentrated style. Some serious stuff that deserves some time to let him breath in the glass. Very good balance and concentration on the palate. Some extra layers of complexity in the palate. The wine has 2-3 years of very positive development.

John Radford

Tasting: Albariño

Very pale straw, hint of green. Soft, subtle, gentle fruit aromas. Lovely balance, fresh, crisp, green plum fruit on mid, lovely clean finish with fresh acidity and fresh, clear fruit on the finish.

Sarah Jane Evans MW

Tasting: Albariño

Subtle citrus, jasmine, cream. Vividly bright acidity is the characteristic, with ripe fruit, and a slightly cloying finish. Straightforward, drinking-now style. Long.
