Castro Baroña

Ferran Centelles

Tasting: Albariño

very concentrated style with a refreshing mouth-feel and salinity sensation. Quite restrained fruit that will make it keep for 3-4 years, gaining more complexity and deeper flavours. Really true of its origins. Excellent buy.

John Radford

Tasting: Albariño

Very, very pale straw, hint of green. Dark, subtle, green fruits, some secondary aromas. Crisp and fresh but underneath the fruit there’s little in the way of body: nice fore and mid but fades on the finish.

Sarah Jane Evans MW

Tasting: Albariño

A youngster: lively pineapple fruit with creamy undertones. Just as youthful on the palate: lively, generously zesty, with lemon freshness; gently exotic with passion fruit; good long finish with a punchy ending.
