La Val

Ferran Centelles

Tasting: Albariño

There is a real peachy flavour on the palate. Very soft fruit and an extremely enjoyable interpretation of Albariño. Very well made wine. Peachy fruity finish. True of its origins.

John Radford

Tasting: Albariño

Straw, hint of gold. Lovely, mature, wood oil ‘steely’ aromas. Quite big ‘spicy’ fruit on fore, ‘savoury’ on mid but with some richness and warmth on the finish. Excellent.

Sarah Jane Evans MW

Tasting: Albariño

Aromatics are subdued, subtly citrusy and fruity. Palate much livelier than nose; punchy acidity, powerful linear structure, currently lacking fruit to tame the briskness. Long and very intense, but lacks integration at present.
