La Val

Ferran Centelles

Tasting: Albariño

Very refreshing and intense palate. Full of citrus notes. Quite reductive style with hints of smoky notes. Elegantly perfumed with extra layers of complexity. Very gastronomic style. Very Albariño.

John Radford

Tasting: Albariño

Pale straw, hint of gold. yes! Lovely mature-vines wood oil aromas, subtle, mysterious, delicious. Rich, citrusy ‘crunchy’ fruit on fore[ and mid, but fails to deliver on the finish. Good.

Sarah Jane Evans MW

Tasting: Albariño

Smoky, grassy, intense with notes of stewed gooseberries slightest spritziness adds to the fresh impression. Acidity is marked, with a sherbet tang, but balanced by ripeness of the underlying fruit. Palate lingers.
