Pablo Padin, Segrel, Rias Baixas, Galicia, 2011

  • Grape Variety: Albariño
  • Drink: 2013 - 2016

Pablo Padin

Ferran Centelles

Tasting: Albariño

Clean and pure style, with plenty of stony character in mouth. Lean backbone of Albariño which is quite stony. Really green refreshing finish that lingers the wine. Delicate and citrus palate

John Radford

Tasting: Albariño

Subtle fruit, hints of melon and peach. Nicely structured fruit and acid balance, but again a bit austere on the mid and the finish. This has great potential but needs more time in bottle.

Sarah Jane Evans MW

Tasting: Albariño

Fresh apple and lime aromas, with notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Dense, supple, with lemon conserve and crystallised citron peel, and a stony, mineral finish.
