Viña Almirante

Ferran Centelles

Tasting: Albariño

The nose has a complex combination of grapefruit, herbs, citrus and green fruits. Green fruit driven palate with a refreshing acidity and stony finish. Very good Albariño character. Interesting and complex wine.

John Radford

Tasting: Albariño

Lovely soft ‘honeysuckle’ scents, subtle. Lovely richness on the fore, following through on the mid and developing a complex structure and finish. Yet another one which needs a little longer in bottle.

Sarah Jane Evans MW

Tasting: Albariño

Creamy, waxy notes on the nose alongside citrus freshness and fresh cut herbs. Very silky palate lined with lemon curd and citron peel, showing a tart freshness. The finish is long with a grassy lift on the end. Rich, round, supple.
