Bodegas Ramón Bilbao, Lalomba Rosado, Rioja, 2015

This is the first vintage, made from 90% Garnacha (Grenache) and 10% Viura (Macabeo) sourced from the Monte Yerga vineyards. Winemaker Rodolfo Bastida has plans for the wine but this is a very promising start. Provencal coloured with delicate strawberry and orange flavours. There is a lovely refreshing finish.
