Bolney Wine Estate, Pinot Gris, Sussex 2015
Established in 1972 with 3 acres of vines, today, Bolney Estate is made of 39 acres and it is one of the few estates to have built a reputation for producing still wines, especially red wines. A more serious style than your average Italian Pinot Grigio, it is fragrant with notes of jasmine and pears. The palate has a creamy texture and certain richness backed up with floral and peachy characters and a hint of honey on the finish.
