Richard Hemming

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Yeasty, toasty – full on autolytic character on the nose. Fine, leesy texture on the palate, toasty notes on the finish. Classic and stylish.

Justin Howard-Sneyd

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Quite pale in colour. beads of bubbles rising steadily. Nicely judged, herbal, aniseed notes with a superbly expressive fruit nose. The palate is excellent – finely balanced, with taut, zingy fresh strawberry aromas – deliciously drinkable

Stephen Skelton

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Full, ripe fruit on the nose – 2009 style. Palate is very full and finishes on a long balanced acid and fruit tone. Really good example of English Champagne.
