Richard Hemming

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Onion skin colour and a developed autolytic nose. Very ambitious, lifted and complex nose, good concentratino – very serious indeed. Dry and savoury to finish. Every bit a match for pink champagne.

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Pale and a trifle orange in colour. Delicate aromas. Acidity is quite high and the secondary autolytic flavours dominate over the primary fruit at the moment. The fresh acidity gives the wine length and carries the flavours to the finish

Stephen Skelton

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Full fruit on the nose. Palate disappointing with slightly muted fruit and high-acid overlay. Could do with slightly more dosage.
