Frogmore Creek

Andrew Jefford

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

Very deep red. Lively, fresh, sappy fruit: clear, pure, a bugle call. Light, deft, vivid; some tannins, here, giving a European-style feel, but the fruit is a little light and there is a grassy undercurrent, too.

Roger Jones

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

Rich strawberry nuances, more liqueur flavours, sweet savoury spices, lingering on the palate, some nice tannin from whole bunch pressing, delicate cocoa flavours at the end.

Alessandro Marchesan

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir

Pronounced and intense raspberries and vanilla oak; youthful and elegant. Wonderful structure, juicy fruit, silky texture and a long, spicy aftertaste. Stunning.
