Spagnol, Col del Sas, Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Valdobbiadene NV
This traditional extra dry style of Spagnol’s Col del Sas (named after the hillside the family reside on in Valdobbiadene) has a residual sugar of 14 grams per litre. This is matched with excellent acidity and apple and pear flavours. It is well balanced with a smooth, mellow mouthfeel.
