Evans & Tate

Roger Jones

Tasting: Coonawarra & Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

Lovely plum nose, ripe and elegant, hint of honeyed beeswax and coconut, delicate clean fresh fruit with a great feminine intensity rippling through the palate. Very good finish.

Pierre Mansour

Tasting: Coonawarra & Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium-deep colour. Earthy, spicy nose, quite distinctive. Round, succulent fruit, integrated fine tannins, very harmonious and fresh. Lovely pleasureable drinking here

Anthony Rose

Tasting: Coonawarra & Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

Evolved colour for 2009, not very showy on the nose, pleasant cherrystone fruits albeit lacking a bit of fruit sweetness on the mid-palate with quite austere, sharpish acidity behind the fruit.
