  • Grape Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Drink: 2012 - 2025

Evans & Tate

Roger Jones

Tasting: Coonawarra & Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

Soft, toasty, savoury nose, hints of cedar and mocha. Very delicate palate with a rich exuberance of layered fruit, this evolves in the mouth leaving tiny traces of various berries and plum fruits, hints of vanilla on the finish and a lovely freshness.

Pierre Mansour

Tasting: Coonawarra & Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep ruby. Attractive, almost leathery fruit, enticing, discreet secondary aromas. Mocha like fruit on the palate, dense & layered, lots of flavour, grainy fine tannins, very long delicious finish. Excellent.

Anthony Rose

Tasting: Coonawarra & Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

Good medium ruby hue, attractive cassis fragrance with a touch of dried mint, and similarly nice succulent ripe slightly minty cassis fruit with light herbal undertones and juicy fresh savoury acidity bringing an attractive brightness and balance.
