Emu
Manufacturer:
Andrew Jefford
Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir
Deep glowing red. Warm, soft and felted red fruits on the nose. Vivid, lively, glowing palate: beautiful ripeness, expressed via long, round-contoured plum, cherry and raspberry flavours. It’s only 13%, yet this wine really seems to have hit a sweetspot of ripeness which sends it off singing in the way you always hope Pinot will do. There’s also some shaping firmness of tannin (very soft) and extract beneath. Comely and enticing from beginning to end.

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir
Leafy and fruity on the palate, leaving long, lingering flavours of delicious, creamy, fresh ripe berries, and soft oak; drink it by itself or share a glass!

Tasting: Tasmania & Victoria Pinot Noir
Pronounced and rich with notes of black cherries and pencil shave-like oak on the nose. Rich, full bodied and extracted with lovely salty acidity and a long juicy aftertaste.
