Quite firm at first, but the white stone fruit and orange blossom notes open with time in the glass. The palate is creamy but wth crisp balancing acidity and a taught grassy, mineral line. Not the most complex, but very well priced from a top producer focused on sustainable farming and low-intervention winemaking.
