So named because the low yielding vineyard of La Constancia produces fruit to a ratio of one vine to one bottle. These vines, averaging 65 years old, produce floral, spicy redcurrant and raspberry scents. Flavours of freshly fermented hedgerow fruits ride a wave of fresh acidity, with a persistent finish. A really interesting wine that could work well with tapas. A good alternative to Beaujolais.
