Château Lassolle, Vin de France, SSS, Graves, 2012

Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Sémillon are blended to make this terroir-driven wine from 8ha of certified biodynamic vineyards. From vineyards between Sauternes and Graves, this is unsurprisingly reminiscent of a dry white Bordeaux. Lemony citrus fruits, honey, beautiful creamy texture with a nice acidic bite.
