This domaine has been majorly revamped in the past decade and, as a result, the wines are now much more approachable. David Croix (who also looks after former Domaine Duchet, now called Domaine des Croix) is winemaker. This cuvée is made from 70-year-
old vines and has a gentle, pretty perfume with a floral, red-fruit palate balanced by silky tannins. Very elegant and won’t need too long to open up.
