The Les Clous Aimé is also very successful this year, with a pure bouquet of spring flowers, white peach and a subtle touch of hazelnut. On the palate the wine is glossy, deep and quite gourmand for a de Villaine Bourgogne blanc. There is cut, saline minerality and a long, penetrating finish.
