Sylvain Loichet is a relatively unknown producer, but his wines will not disappoint. In 2005 he took over his grandparents’ 3.5ha of vineyards in Chorey-lès-Beaune and, in order to expand his portfolio, he created a négociant business. This wine comes from a 40-year-old vineyard near Corton-Charlemagne. Fresh fruit aromas with notes of lime and pear. The palate has nice tension with pristine acidity and it’s all in harmony with the creamy texture. Characterful.
