Drinking Window: 2018 - 2021
This blend of 35% Syrah, with 30% Grenache, 25% very old Carignan and 10% Mourvèdre, is grown in limestone soils at 300m and spends a year in new wood. It’s a little lighter in colour than some of its peers, though it’s a year older, with sweet dried-fruit scents and smooth, soft, graceful flavours. It’s a gentle, classic mouthful of drinkable style with nuance on the finish.
