Domaine Laporte, La Terre des Anges, Sancerre, Loire, 2015

Quite a deep vibrant pink for Rosé Sancerre. Fragrant, classic Pinot Noir aromas of wild strawberry, great fruit purity, a little spice, and a slightly leafy character. The slight bitterness on the finish is smoothed out by softly refreshing lingering acidity and an elegantly silky texture.
