Aromatic and vivacious, this has notes of peach kernel and spice, and is a quirky weekday choice for Sauvignon Blanc fans who want to branch out and try something different. Made by first-generation winemaker János Bolyki who inherited a quarry from his father and decided to transform it into a winery. Gradually he acquired vineyards, and now produces a characterful range of wines, including this blend of Sauvignon Blanc with native Hungarian white grapes and Riesling makes up the remainder of the blend.
