This méthode ancestrale sparkling rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir has a copper hue. On the nose it has scents of earthy mushroom and buttery brioche, while in the mouth it is all salty lemon juice, subtle red fruits and gentle creaminess. Well balanced, vibrant and fresh, it's an enjoyable wine with a soft mousse that's far from aggressive.
