From a blend of two indigenous varieties, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, grown on volcanic soils at an altitude of 720 metres. A lifted nose of red berries and floral, herbal scents leads into an elegant and refreshing palate with some savoury characters and a hint of minerality on the finish. Very enjoyable on its own, but will also pair nicely with charcuterie and hard cheeses.
