Drinking Window: 2018 - 2022
Only 5,000 bottles of this top cuvée are produced, made from vines of 80-100 years old across the Valdobbiadene territory. It's worth paying a premium for the added complexity and concentration that these older vines bring; the minerality and serious structure make this suitable for drinking at the table, or as an aperitif when you're looking for a fizz that has more to offer than just gluggability.
