The Wine Society, The Society's Treviso Brut, Prosecco NV

From the sub-zone of Treviso, this has a light, appley nose with lemon and floral overtones followed by a slightly sweet green apple note on the palate. It's balanced by some citrus pithiness and an integrated, creamy mousse. Easygoing, easy drinking Prosecco.

A very pure Prosecco, perfect for sceptics of the style. Poised nose with citrus freshness and a mineral undertone. On the palate, flavours of white peach, ripe pear and yellow apple are lifted by a zesty acid push.
