A fresh, crisp and aromatic white, with peach, pear and citrus on the nose. Made with light oak and lees contact to give a fatness and creaminess to the texture, balanced by zingy lemon-and-lime acidity, with a chalky mineral bite. Notes of grapefruit pith on the fresh, persistent finish.
