Bodegas Ramón Bilbao, Rosado, Rioja, 2018

A moreish blend of Garnacha (85%) and Viura from one of the coolest sites in Rioja. Light in colour but not in character, full of savoury, spicy redcurrant and melon flavours, a crisp bite of acidity and soft honeysuckle finish. Ramón Bilbao makes a much pricier pink, but get two of these instead.
