Dominio de Pingus, Psi, Ribera del Duero, 2011

Peter Sisseck is best known for making Pingus, Spain’s most expensive wine. Luckily Psi is a bit more affordable, but it still manages to capture the essence of Ribera del Duero. Savoury dark fruit, liquorice and bramble fruit aromas suggest the muscularity to come. On the palate, dusty black fruits and spice merge with notes of fresh tobacco. Bordeaux-like structure with gorgeous rich fruit.
