This innovative take on Negra Mole – part-aged in oak for two years and disgorged in 2020 – reveals delicious autolytic Marmite and bread on the stone fruited nose and palate, with a creamy mousse, surprisingly mouthwatering freshness and a chalky finish. The grapes were picked in the first two weeks of August.
