Aromatically tightly wound, this is a bold and bassy style of Côte-Rôtie with dense tannins, crunchy and chocolatey. Very concentrated, with intense ripe berry fruit emerging from the darkness. Not a bright, aromatic style, but a powerful, brooding one. Very long, abv on the high side, but will last. impressive. 100% whole bunch.
