It has a fragrant, breezy aroma of wild scrub and fresh red berries, followed in the mouth by saline, minerally acidity and focused, elegant red fruits. Juicy, slightly herbal and very fresh and minerally, this is a sublime rosé to enjoy with or without food, and a great first vintage for the Tommasi team.
