Stephen Brook

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Stylish oak on the nose, and blackberry and blackcurrant fruit. Sleek, quite concentrated, supple tannins, and overall a polished style with ample fruit and no rough edges. It’s a touch soft but has a luxurious character that’s appealing. Good length

Ronan Sayburn MS

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Bright fresh liquorice scented nose, firm tannins, and good core of pure fruit with a stoney mineral edge. Concentrated and young.

Steven Spurrier

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Very deep, richly concentrated nose of black fruits, fine concentration on the palate and rich smooth fruit and oak and tannins all in balance, a very good wine that will open up early and last well.
