Mandrarossa, Cartagho 2014
Nero d’Avola is the most important grape of Sicily, where the arid climate is perfect for this sun loving variety. Plum and black cherry aromas are accompanied by subtle leafy notes. The palate is dense, with iron, black cherry and dark chocolate; almost black forest gateux richness. Really gorgeous, the soft ripe tannins allow the fruit to shine.
