Cazes is the largest certified organic and biodynamic estate in France. The name of this wine refers to the general, Maréchal Joffre, who was born in Rivesaltes where the winery is based, and sold his vineyards to the Cazes family in 1927. Thanks to a high proportion of the two Muscats, this has a very floral nose with stone fruit hints. The palate is rounded, with good acidity and fragrant notes of apple and citrus. There is a floral lift with peachy hints on the fresh finish.
