A green-silver in colour, this is graceful, fresh, poised and restrained. It is elegant with lots of grain, understated creaminess and light summer-fruit flesh. Real finesse and exemplary balance here too. An outstanding Chardonnay which seems a world apart from the 'natural wine' caricature.
