This is Louis Jadot’s most famous wine and justifiably so. It is a textbook Chardonnay, opening up to white flowers, acacia honey and a touch of hazelnut. There is a touch of oak that adds complexity and texture to the freshness of the palate and vivid acidity. One of the best value white Burgundies, and consistent too.
