Norton, Perdriel Extra Brut NV, Argentina

This is a forward, generous and expressive style of sparkling made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It exhibits an attractive mid-intensity golden colour with a copper hue. On the nose it is overt displaying notes of crystallised yellow fruits, mango, candied fruit and brioche. On the palate it is dry, well balanced and generous in style marked by an assertive firm grip on the finish.
