Antigal, Uno Chardonnay, Mendoza, Argentina, 2025

Like its red Malbec sibling, caveats apply on the heavy packaging with its unsightly and unnecessary metal label, but this is another excellent wine from Tesco newcomers Antigal, a Chardonnay that sits in a very comfortable (and affordable) position between tropical and stone fruit ripeness and bright lemon citrussy freshness, with the palate given a little extra volume by six months in French oak.
